How to Apply

Cross Border Insolvency India, led by Vishrut Jain, Insolvency Professional and Advocate, works on matters relating to insolvency resolution, restructuring, liquidation, and corporate law. The team handles active Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) cases and proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT.

  • Assist in the end-to-end Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation process
    • Draft and review petitions, applications, and legal notices for the NCLT and NCLAT
    • Assist with collation, verification, and admission of stakeholder claims
    • Conduct legal and financial research on IBC case laws and IBBI regulations
    • Support ongoing insolvency and restructuring assignments
  • Law Background:
    • Final-year law students or recent law graduates
    • Strong understanding of Company Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)

    CA Background:
    • CA Inter students or CA Finalists
    • Interest in insolvency resolution, financial analysis, and claim verification
