LegalTech is a legal services firm handling civil, family, criminal, NDPS, banking mortgage, and real estate matters. The firm has a particularly strong focus on property transactions, due diligence, registration, documentation, and title verification work

  • Property title verification.
  • Land and property due diligence.
  • Review of:
    • Sale Deeds
    • Gift Deeds
    • Wills
    • Partition Deeds
    • RTCs
    • Khata Extracts
    • Encumbrance Certificates
  • Drafting:
    • Sale Agreements
    • Lease Deeds
    • Construction Agreements
    • Power of Attorney documents
  • Maintaining legal records and documentation.
  • Supporting real estate transactions and compliance matters. 

Educational Qualification

  • LL.B. from a recognized university.

Experience

  • 0–2 Years PQE.

Mandatory Requirement

⚠️ Ability to read Kannada is mandatory.
