  • Draft and review financing documents.
  • Work on loan agreements, security documents, and transaction documents.
  • Conduct legal due diligence.
  • Advise lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions.
  • Assist in structured finance and project finance transactions.
  • Coordinate with clients, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide transactional and regulatory advice.

Practice Area

Banking & Finance (Advisory & Transactional)

Educational Qualification

  • LL.B. from a recognized university.

Experience Required

📌 4+ Years PQE in Banking & Finance, Corporate Transactions, Project Finance, Structured Finance, or related practice areas.

Preferred Background

  • Prior law firm experience.
  • Experience in transaction advisory.
  • Experience with financing and lending documentation.
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
