About the Opportunity

Shine.com is seeking a Deputy Manager / Legal Manager to handle legal advisory, contract management, compliance matters, litigation coordination, and corporate legal functions. The role offers exposure to commercial contracts, employment-related issues, regulatory compliance, and business risk management.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Vet contracts, vendor agreements, service agreements, and NDAs.
  • Provide legal opinions to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Handle litigation and coordinate with external counsels.
  • Identify legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
  • Support corporate governance and policy implementation.
  • Manage legal documentation and contract repositories.
  • Assist business teams in resolving legal and compliance issues. 

  • Educational Qualification

    • LL.B. from a recognized university.
    • Additional qualifications such as CS may be advantageous.
