About the Opportunity

ProSquad Legal is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate. The role is suitable for fresh law graduates and young professionals seeking hands-on exposure to drafting, research, compliance, dispute resolution, and legal content development.

  • Draft and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
  • Assist in civil and commercial dispute matters.
  • Prepare legal notices, pleadings, and case summaries.
  • Draft legal articles and knowledge resources.
  • Create legal content for social media and professional platforms.
  • Assist senior lawyers in advisory and compliance assignments.

  • Educational Qualification

    • LL.B. Degree from a recognized university.

    Experience

    • 0–1 Year PQE
    • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
