The firm's dispute resolution practice regularly handles high-value commercial disputes, arbitration proceedings, regulatory litigation, and court matters before various judicial forums.

  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions.
  • Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, notices, and written submissions.
  • Assist in arbitration and litigation matters.
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and other adjudicatory bodies (depending on experience).
  • Manage case files and litigation strategy.
  • Coordinate with clients, counsels, and internal teams.
  • Review case documents and prepare briefing notes.
  • Support senior lawyers in complex dispute resolution matters. 
  • Educational Qualification

    • LL.B. from a recognized university.

    Experience

    • Relevant experience in litigation, arbitration, or dispute resolution.
    • Prior law firm experience will be preferred.
