About the Opportunity

Herbalife is seeking an experienced Legal Manager to support its India operations. The role involves handling commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, litigation management, corporate advisory, risk assessment, and stakeholder coordination across business functions.

This opportunity is ideal for lawyers with prior in-house counsel, corporate legal, FMCG, healthcare, consumer products, or compliance experience.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal advice to business and operational teams.
  • Handle corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Manage disputes, litigation, and external counsel.
  • Review marketing and promotional materials from a legal perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with consumer protection and direct-selling regulations.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support contract management and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
  • Assist in policy formulation and compliance initiatives.

  • Educational Qualification

    • LL.B. from a recognized university.
    • LL.M. may be an added advantage.

    Experience

    • Approximately 6–8 years or more of relevant experience.
