About the Opportunity

Sun Pharma is hiring a Manager – Legal to lead litigation, contracts, compliance, and legal advisory functions for the organization. The role requires an experienced legal professional capable of handling complex commercial, regulatory, labour, real-estate, and pharmaceutical-sector legal matters. 

  • Handle and manage litigation matters, including:
    • Civil disputes
    • Commercial disputes
    • Labour matters
    • Real-estate matters
    • Regulatory and pharmaceutical litigation
  • Coordinate and supervise external counsels.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Provide legal advisory support to business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
  • Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Develop legal policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain litigation trackers and contract repositories.
  • Support business functions on legal and real-estate matters. 

Educational Qualification

  • LL.B. or LL.M.

Experience

  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant legal experience.

Preferred Profile

  • Strong litigation background.
  • Experience in corporate legal functions.
  • Exposure to regulatory and compliance matters.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Contract Law
    • Labour Laws
    • Real Estate Laws
    • Pharmaceutical Regulations
    • Drugs & Cosmetics Laws
  • Ability to independently manage external counsel and high-value disputes.

💰 ₹18–35 LPA CTC
