Rajasthan Public Service Commission is the constitutional body responsible for recruiting candidates to various civil services and government posts under the Government of Rajasthan. Post: Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO)

Department: Prosecution Department, Government of Rajasthan

Nature of Employment: Permanent Government Service

  • Conduct prosecution on behalf of the State in criminal cases.
  • Appear before criminal courts during trials.
  • Examine witnesses and present evidence.
  • Draft legal opinions and prosecution-related documents.
  • Assist investigating agencies in legal matters.

  • Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

    Additional Requirements

    • Knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script.
    • Knowledge of Rajasthan's culture and traditions.

    • Relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per Government norms.
