Multiple Action Research Group is a leading non-profit organization working in the field of access to justice, legal empowerment, socio-legal research, advocacy, legal aid, and rights-based interventions. Since 1985, MARG has been engaged in empowering marginalized communities through legal awareness, research, training, and policy advocacy initiatives.

  • Lead and support implementation of project activities.
  • Plan, conduct, and monitor training programmes.
  • Undertake legal and socio-legal research.
  • Draft reports, legal documents, and policy materials.
  • Develop training manuals and capacity-building resources.
  • Create IEC materials, posters, brochures, and awareness content.
  • Draft social media content, captions, and advocacy materials.
  • Maintain and update case management systems (MIS).
  • Coordinate with government authorities, stakeholders, NGOs, and partner organizations.
  • Provide legal counselling and support project-related activities.

Participate in meetings, workshops, reviews, and field visits.

  • LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
  • Exceptional understanding of law and social justice issues.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Women's Rights
    • Child Rights
    • Access to Justice
    • Rights of Marginalized Communities
  • Excellent command over English and Hindi.
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and data analysis tools.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in:
    • Legal research
    • Training and capacity building
    • Social justice projects
    • Legal aid and advocacy
    • NGO or development sector work

Preferred Skills

  • Report writing and documentation.
  • Content creation and communication.
  • Training and facilitation skills.
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Monitoring and evaluation experience.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
