The Office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sandeep Shah at the Rajasthan High Court is inviting applications for the position of Legal Researcher. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with a sitting High Court Judge and gain first-hand exposure to judicial decision-making, legal research, judgment analysis, and court proceedings.

  • Conduct in-depth legal research on statutes, case laws, and legal principles.
  • Prepare research notes, briefs, and legal memoranda.
  • Assist in analyzing legal issues arising in pending matters.
  • Compile relevant judgments and precedents.
  • Support the Judge in academic and judicial work.
  • Prepare case summaries and background notes.
  • Assist in reviewing pleadings and legal documents.
  • Perform any additional research-related assignments as directed.
  • Law Graduate (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent command over legal writing and English language.
  • Familiarity with legal databases such as SCC Online, Manupatra, LexisNexis, etc.
  • Good academic record.
  • Candidates interested in judicial work and legal scholarship will be preferred.
