The Chambers of Vinay Shraff is a litigation and advisory practice specializing in Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, International Taxation, FEMA, PMLA, Constitutional Law, Tender and Contract Disputes, and other regulatory matters. The practice regularly appears before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities. 

  • Assist in litigation involving taxation, FEMA, PMLA, and constitutional law matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
  • Draft petitions, appeals, replies, written submissions, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in court hearings and case preparation.
  • Support client advisory and consultation work.
  • Work on tender law and contract-related disputes.
  • Maintain case records, timelines, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and legal teams on ongoing matters
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
  • AIBE qualification preferred/required.
  • 0–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • Strong interest in taxation, regulatory litigation, and constitutional law.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and professional abilities.
