Multiple Action Research Group is a pioneering organization working in the field of access to justice and legal empowerment. Since 1985, MARG has been engaged in empowering disadvantaged and marginalized communities through legal awareness, socio-legal research, advocacy initiatives, and legal aid. The organization works at both grassroots and policy levels to strengthen access to justice across India.

  • Lead and support implementation of project activities under various programmes.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor training programmes and project deliverables.
  • Conduct and supervise legal research and prepare reports.
  • Draft legal documents and develop advocacy materials.
  • Create training modules, IEC materials, posters, leaflets, and audio-visual content.
  • Develop awareness campaigns, social media content, creatives, and captions.
  • Provide legal counselling where required.
  • Supervise DLSA lawyers' visits and related activities.
  • Maintain and update the organization's Case MIS.
  • Coordinate with government officials, stakeholders, partner organizations, and project teams.
  • Participate in meetings, reviews, and capacity-building programmes.
  • Willingness to travel across India for project supervision, monitoring, and coordination activities.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required by organizational needs.
  • LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a recognized university; or exceptional understanding of law and social issues.
  • Strong knowledge of rights of women, children, marginalized communities, and access-to-justice mechanisms.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi.
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, presentations, and computer applications.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and in diverse working environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
