A leading corporate organization is seeking a Contract Specialist to strengthen its legal and commercial contracting function. The role focuses on contract lifecycle management, contract review, risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and legal compliance within a corporate environment.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution.
  • Identify legal and commercial risks in contractual arrangements.
  • Review NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for contract approvals.
  • Maintain contract records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in resolving contractual and compliance-related issues.
  • Support legal operations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct legal research related to contractual matters. 
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience in contract review, drafting, negotiation, or contract management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and corporate legal processes.
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage deadlines.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management principles is preferred.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools will be an advantage.
