  • Provide legal support to business and commercial teams.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Advise on pharmaceutical, healthcare, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Assist with dispute resolution and litigation management.
  • Provide guidance on advertising, promotion, data privacy, and competition law issues.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
  • Conduct legal research and provide practical legal opinions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized university.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience in corporate legal practice, law firms, or in-house legal departments.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, healthcare, corporate, and commercial laws.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector will be preferred.
