How to Apply

Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya is an Institution of National Importance established under the IIM Act, 2017. The institute is dedicated to excellence in management education, research, training, and consultancy and functions under the Ministry of Education, Government of India.

  • Handle legal matters and litigation involving the Institute.
  • Draft, vet, and review contracts, MoUs, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Provide legal opinions and advisory support to Institute authorities.
  • Coordinate with advocates, courts, tribunals, and government agencies.
  • Monitor ongoing litigation and maintain legal records.
  • Assist in arbitration, disciplinary proceedings, and dispute resolution matters.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and reports.
  • Manage RTI, service matters, contractual disputes, and other legal issues. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Relevant post-qualification experience in legal practice, legal advisory, litigation management, or institutional legal administration.
  • Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of service law, contract law, arbitration, and regulatory compliance will be preferred.
  • Experience in government institutions, universities, autonomous bodies, or public sector organizations will be an advantage.
