Founded by attorney Saadia Shapiro, the firm is known for its strategic litigation approach and client-focused legal services. 

  • Conduct in-depth legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
  • Develop litigation strategies for commercial disputes.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and legal agreements.
  • Review and refine litigation documents.
  • Manage electronic filings through the New York State Courts Electronic Filing (NYSCEF) system.
  • Handle case management and docket monitoring.
  • Represent clients in remote court appearances and depositions.
  • Work directly with senior attorneys on complex commercial litigation matters.
  • Independently manage cases from initiation through resolution. 
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the New York State Bar and good standing.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in:
    • Commercial Litigation
    • Business Litigation
    • Corporate Law
    • Commercial Transactions
  • Advanced proficiency in:
    • Westlaw
    • LexisNexis
    • NYSCEF
    • Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent legal research, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
