The firm advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters. The firm is known for its expertise in business law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance, restructuring, and litigation. 

  • Conduct legal research on assigned issues.
  • Assist in drafting legal notes and memoranda.
  • Prepare case summaries and legal briefs.
  • Support due diligence exercises.
  • Assist teams in corporate, finance, disputes, and regulatory matters.
  • Analyze statutes, regulations, and judicial precedents.
  • Work on client-related legal assignments under supervision.
  • Prepare reports and research notes as assigned
  • No formal eligibility criteria specified by the firm.
  • Preference is generally given to:
    • 3rd, 4th, and 5th Year students of a 5-year LL.B. programme.
    • Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills are preferred
