  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Assist in compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Support legal advisory and policy-related assignments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor legal developments and regulatory updates.
  • Prepare legal opinions, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and litigation-related matters when required.
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Good understanding of contract law and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
  • Prior experience in legal, compliance, or advisory roles may be preferred.
