Arnava Legal is a Bengaluru-based law firm advising startups, founders, investors, and businesses on Technology Law, Intellectual Property, Corporate & Commercial Laws, Data Protection, Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance. The firm is known for its focus on technology-driven businesses and emerging legal domains

  • Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts, including SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, MSAs, SOWs, API agreements, and cloud service contracts.
  • Handle commercial contracts such as NDAs, vendor agreements, partnership agreements, and distribution agreements.
  • Advise clients on Intellectual Property licensing, technology transfer, trademark-related issues, and open-source compliance.
  • Assist with DPDP Act compliance projects, privacy policies, consent frameworks, and data processing agreements.
  • Conduct research on emerging technology regulations, AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital commerce.
  • Interface directly with clients and provide practical legal solutions. 
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Valid enrollment with a State Bar Council.
  • 3–5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating technology and commercial contracts.
  • Understanding of Intellectual Property and technology law matters.
  • Strong drafting, research, communication, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and provide commercially practical advice.
