  • Conduct legal research on assigned matters.
  • Assist associates and partners in drafting legal documents.
  • Support transaction and advisory teams.
  • Analyze legal issues and prepare research notes.
  • Participate in due diligence exercises.
  • Assist in client-related work across different practice areas.
  • Work on practical assignments as part of the assessment process. 
  • Law students from the Batch of 2027.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Good academic record and analytical ability.
  • Interest in corporate and commercial law practice.
  • Prior internship experience at law firms will be an added advantage.
