Diaz Legal is a full-service law office based in Noida. The firm advises clients on Corporate & Commercial Law, Banking & Property Matters, Insolvency Laws, Policy & Regulatory Compliance, Intellectual Property, Trade Laws, Litigation, and Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanisms including DRT and consumer forums.

  • Handle matters relating to NCLT and NCLAT.
  • Assist in civil disputes and commercial litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents.
  • Appear before courts and tribunals independently where required.
  • Assist in litigation strategy and case management.
  • 1–2 years PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills.
  • Ability to handle independent appearances before Courts and Tribunals.
  • Good understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
  • Prior litigation chamber or law firm experience will be preferred.
  • Ability to manage matters independently.
