The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India is a statutory regulator established under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. It regulates Insolvency Professionals, Insolvency Professional Agencies, Information Utilities, and various insolvency processes in India. 

  • Conduct legal and policy research relating to insolvency and bankruptcy laws.
  • Assist in drafting reports, regulations, circulars, and policy documents.
  • Analyze judicial decisions and regulatory developments.
  • Support the Board in discharge of functions under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
  • Prepare research notes, briefs, and presentations.
  • Undertake data analysis and sectoral studies as assigned. 
  • Candidates must possess qualifications relevant to the discipline applied for (Law or Business Management).
  • Research Associate positions are available at Level II/III.
  • Consultant positions are available at Level IV/V.
  • Relevant professional experience is required according to the level applied for.
  • Strong analytical, research, drafting, and communication skills are desirable.
