Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya is an Institute of National Importance established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The institute is known for excellence in management education, research, and institution-building and regularly recruits qualified professionals for administrative and legal functions. 

  • Handle legal matters relating to the institute.
  • Draft, review, and vet legal documents and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on service laws, labour laws, and land laws.
  • Liaise with Central Government, State Government, and PSU authorities.
  • Assist in litigation management and legal compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Support institutional legal and administrative functions.
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dealing with legal matters in Government organizations, PSUs, companies, or similar entities.
  • Experience in drafting and vetting legal documents.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Hindi preferred.
  • Experience as Compliance Officer, Senior Legal Associate, or work with law firms appearing before High Courts/PSUs/autonomous institutions is desirable.
  • Company Secretary qualification is desirable.
