The company works extensively in the Indian entertainment industry and handles content production, distribution, licensing, and intellectual property management.

    • Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts.
    • Handling distribution, licensing, and content-related agreements.
    • Managing intellectual property matters including copyrights and trademarks.
    • Ensuring compliance with media, entertainment, and corporate laws.
    • Supporting legal documentation and contract negotiations.
    • Assisting in the management of the company's legal affairs and regulatory requirements. 

    • LL.B. degree from a recognized law school.
    • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
    • Strong contract drafting and legal writing skills.
    • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
    • Interest in Media Law, Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Corporate Law.
    • Preference for candidates seeking a non-litigation legal career.
