Depending on the position, selected candidates may be required to:

• Manage and coordinate fellowship and legal education programmes
• Conduct documentation, reporting, and database management
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement
• Assist in programme implementation and administration
• Undertake legal aid, pro bono, and field-based activities
• Support grassroots access-to-justice initiatives
• Liaise with advocates, institutions, and project stakeholders

General Eligibility:

• Law graduates and legal professionals (for fellowship and management roles)
• Strong proficiency in Hindi and English
• Relevant experience depending on the position applied for
• Litigation Fellows must be enrolled with a State Bar Council and preferably have cleared AIBE
• Practicing advocates from Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, Rajnandgaon, or Balodabazar will be preferred for Litigation Fellow positions
