  • Conduct legal research on corporate and regulatory issues
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and agreements
  • Support compliance and documentation activities
  • Prepare legal summaries, reports, and notes
  • Assist with intellectual property and commercial law matters
  • Provide support on day-to-day legal and corporate affairs work
  • Law students pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Interest in Corporate Law, Technology Law, and Compliance
  • Good communication and analytical abilities
  • Prior internship experience will be an added advantage
