  • Drafting company policies
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
  • Reviewing vendor, franchise, management, and service contracts
  • Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
  • Assisting with regulatory and compliance matters
  • Supporting due diligence exercises
  • Assisting with day-to-day corporate legal work 
  • Law students pursuing a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programme
  • Strong legal drafting and research skills
  • Demonstrated interest in Corporate Law
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
  • Must have their own laptop (BYOD – Bring Your Own Device)
