  • Legal research on corporate and litigation matters
  • Drafting legal documents, briefs, and notes
  • Assisting in regulatory and compliance work
  • Supporting associates in client matters
  • Case law analysis and preparation of summaries
  • Attending internal meetings and assisting in documentation
  • Law students (2nd to 5th year of 5-year course / 3rd year of 3-year course onwards)
  • Strong academic background preferred
  • Good legal research and drafting skills
  • Interest in corporate, litigation, or advisory practice
  • Must be enrolled in a recognized law school in India
