How to Apply

Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited is a Defence Public Sector Undertaking (DPSU) under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The company was formed following the corporatization of the Ordnance Factory Board and is engaged in the manufacturing of weapons, defence equipment, and military systems for the Indian Armed Forces.

  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and contractual matters
  • Draft, vet, and review agreements, MoUs, contracts, and legal documents
  • Handle litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters
  • Coordinate with external advocates, courts, and government authorities
  • Assist in legal compliance and risk management activities
  • Prepare legal opinions and support management in decision-making
  • Monitor legal developments affecting the organization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
  • Enrolment with the Bar Council of India
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice, corporate legal departments, PSUs, government organizations, or reputed law firms
  • Experience in handling litigation, arbitration, contract management, and legal advisory work
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Age Limit

    • Maximum 62 years as on the closing date of application
