Abhinav Singh practices litigation before the Delhi High Court and other judicial forums. The chamber handles litigation matters and provides practical exposure to legal drafting, court proceedings, and dispute resolution work. 

  • Drafting Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), replies, and other pleadings
  • Conducting detailed legal research and case law analysis
  • Assisting in court proceedings and appearances
  • Preparing briefs, case notes, and litigation documents
  • Supporting ongoing litigation and chamber-related legal work
  • Assisting in strategy and case preparation for matters before courts and tribunals 
  • LL.B. graduate from a recognized university
  • Basic knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice
  • Good legal research and drafting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Candidates interested in litigation and court practice are encouraged to apply
