Rajasthan Public Service Commission is the constitutional recruitment body responsible for conducting civil services and other government recruitment examinations for the State of Rajasthan.

Rajasthan Public Service Commission has released the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Recruitment 2026 notification under the Rajasthan Prosecution Subordinate Service. A total of 371 vacancies have been announced for recruitment in the Home Department (Prosecution), Government of Rajasthan.

  • Conduct prosecution on behalf of the State in criminal matters
  • Assist in court proceedings and criminal trials
  • Draft legal opinions, pleadings, and prosecution-related documents
  • Coordinate with investigating agencies and government departments
  • Examine evidence, case records, and legal documentation
  • Support criminal justice administration and prosecution functions
  • Degree in Law (LL.B.) or Integrated Law Degree from a recognized university
  • Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari Script
  • Knowledge of Rajasthani Culture
  • Candidates must satisfy the age and eligibility requirements mentioned in the official notification. 

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 21 Years
  • Maximum Age: 40 Years (as on 01.01.2027)
  • Age relaxation applicable as per Rajasthan Government rules.
