Sirmacs Consultancy Services is a law firm specializing in GST, Customs, Foreign Trade Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Civil Law, and allied legal practice areas. The firm handles litigation, advisory, compliance, and documentation matters before various adjudicating and appellate authorities

  • Conduct legal research on GST, Customs, Foreign Trade, and allied laws
  • Research statutes, notifications, circulars, rules, and case laws
  • Draft replies, appeals, writ petitions, legal opinions, and written submissions
  • Assist in litigation before adjudicating authorities, appellate forums, and tribunals
  • Support compliance, advisory, documentation, and case management work
  • Track hearings, deadlines, and legal developments
  • Gain exposure to Intellectual Property Law and Civil Law matters 

  • Final-year students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. courses recognized by the Bar Council of India
  • Freshers with up to 1 year of experience may also apply
  • Final-year students must intend to enroll with their respective State Bar Council after graduation
  • Freshers should be enrolled as Advocates or awaiting AIBE results
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills required
  • Familiarity with SCC Online and Manupatra is mandatory
