  • Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, client contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership contracts
  • Manage the complete contract lifecycle including renewals and amendments
  • Provide legal support to sales, partnerships, HR, finance, and operations teams
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, and technology-related laws
  • Assist in implementation of legal policies and governance frameworks
  • Maintain legal records, documentation repositories, and compliance filings
  • Coordinate with external counsel on disputes, notices, and litigation matters
  • Support due diligence, strategic partnerships, and corporate governance processes
  • LL.B. degree from a recognised university
  • 3–5 years of experience in legal roles
  • Experience in contract drafting, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance
  • Good understanding of corporate law, contract law, and technology-related legal frameworks
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and drafting skills
  • Experience in SaaS, technology companies, startups, or in-house legal teams preferred
  • Familiarity with data privacy, IT laws, and digital compliance is an advantage
