Politics for Impact is a capacity-building organisation working at the intersection of policy and politics. It supports political leaders in addressing public issues and staying informed about local, regional, and national political developments.
Conduct research and data analysis on government schemes and public policy issues
Draft parliamentary interventions, including Questions, Zero Hour submissions, and Rule 377 matters
Analyse Bills, committee reports, and parliamentary agendas
Track parliamentary proceedings and key legislative developments
Assist in preparing policy briefs, reports, and knowledge outputs
Support the Policy & Research team in legislative and governance-related work
Students or recent graduates in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related disciplines
Strong writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in an in-office environment and meet deadlines
Prior legislative research experience preferred but not mandatory
Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh politics and knowledge of Telugu is desirable
Strong qualitative and quantitative research abilities
