Assisting in day-to-day corporate legal and compliance functions
Supporting preparation and review of government e-tender documents
Ensuring regulatory and tender-related compliance
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor agreements and SLAs
Assisting in contract management and internal advisory work
Supporting the corporate legal team with legal documentation and research
Final-year law students preferred
