Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors is a litigation and advisory practice handling matters related to arbitration, insolvency, commercial disputes, white-collar crimes, corporate advisory, debt restructuring, real estate, and intellectual property rights. The chambers regularly appear before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, and other tribunals.

  • Conducting legal research and case-law analysis
  • Drafting petitions, applications, notices, and legal briefs
  • Assisting in litigation strategy and dispute resolution matters
  • Supporting arbitration and insolvency-related proceedings
  • Attending court hearings and tribunal matters
  • Assisting in client coordination and documentation
  • Working on commercial and corporate litigation assignments

  • For Paralegal / Trainee Associate

    • Final-year law students or fresh law graduates
    • Candidates awaiting AIBE results may also apply

    For Associate – Scale 2

    • Law graduates enrolled with the State Bar Council
    • Minimum 6 months of litigation/professional experience preferred

    General Requirements

    • Strong drafting and research skills
    • Interest in litigation and dispute resolution
    • Familiarity with SCC Online, Manupatra, or legal databases preferred
    • Good communication and analytical abilities
