Chambers of Abhinav Mishra: Advocates & Solicitors is a litigation and advisory practice founded in 2018 by Abhinav Mishra and Nivedita Chauhan. The chambers handle matters across India involving litigation, arbitration, insolvency, white-collar crimes, corporate advisory, debt restructuring, IPR, real estate, and commercial disputes. 

  • Legal research and drafting
  • Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation
  • Drafting petitions, applications, legal notices, and briefs
  • Attending court and tribunal proceedings
  • Assisting in arbitration and dispute resolution matters
  • Participating in client meetings and legal consultations
  • Supporting corporate advisory and regulatory work 

  • For Paralegal / Trainee Associate

    • Fresh law graduates who have not cleared AIBE
      OR
    • Final-year law students
    • PPO may be offered based on performance

    For Associate – Scale 2

    • Law graduates enrolled with State Bar Council
    • Minimum 6 months professional experience required
