The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs is an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. It functions as a think tank and centre of excellence in corporate governance, policy research, ESG, insolvency, competition law, compliance, and capacity building across sectors.

  • Assisting in research and policy-oriented assignments
  • Supporting institutional projects and reports
  • Preparing presentations, legal notes, and documentation
  • Assisting assigned mentors/supervisors in ongoing work
  • Participating in workshops, training programmes, and institutional initiatives
  • Supporting different schools, centres, and departments of IICA 
  • Students pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes (final year preferred)
  • Students from Management, Economics, and allied disciplines may also apply
  • Young professionals who completed studies within the last 6 months
  • Applicants should not be engaged in any other employment or internship simultaneously
