  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Handle NDAs, vendor agreements, and service contracts
  • Support contract lifecycle management and compliance functions
  • Provide legal guidance on business transactions
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research
  • Coordinate with internal teams on legal risk and documentation
  • Assist with corporate legal operations and advisory work 
  • LL.B. / LL.M. or relevant legal qualification
  • Experience or interest in contract management and corporate legal work
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with commercial agreements and compliance processes preferred
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
