How to Apply

High Court of Bombay is one of India’s oldest and most prestigious constitutional courts. The Court exercises jurisdiction over the State of Maharashtra and handles matters relating to constitutional law, civil and criminal litigation, commercial disputes, and public interest issues.

  • Conduct legal and constitutional research
  • Assist Hon’ble Judges in case analysis and preparation
  • Draft research notes, summaries, and legal briefs
  • Analyse statutes, judgments, and legal precedents
  • Support judicial work and court-related research assignments
  • Assist in preparation of case materials and documentation
  • LL.B. degree with minimum 55% marks in the first attempt
  • LL.M. candidates may be preferred
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Interest in constitutional law and litigation preferred
  • Interested candidates can apply through the official Bombay High Court application process before the deadline.
