  • Conduct legal research and recommend revisions in legal documents and agreements
  • Handle day-to-day legal operations and compliance matters
  • Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Advise management on business-critical legal issues
  • Manage litigation matters before courts and tribunals
  • Handle recovery litigation, arbitration, consumer disputes, and general litigation
  • Draft and vet agreements, writs, notices, affidavits, appeals, pleadings, and contracts
  • Coordinate with advocates, court officials, police, and enforcement agencies
  • Manage legal teams and support appraisal processes
  • Travel across branches when required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related field
  • Maximum age: 35 years
  • Preferred experience in:
    • Banks
    • Reputed NBFCs
    • Financial Institutions
  • Strong litigation and drafting experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and team-handling skills
  • Ability to manage legal risk and litigation exposure effectively
