The firm has been recognized by Chambers & Partners and IFLR1000 for its M&A and corporate practice. 

  • Assist in mergers & acquisitions and PE/VC transactions
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional and commercial agreements
  • Conduct legal due diligence and compliance analysis
  • Prepare advisory notes and legal memoranda
  • Work on securities regulation and corporate governance matters
  • Coordinate directly with founders, investors, and clients
  • Support strategic corporate and transactional advisory work  
  • Law graduates with strong interest in corporate and transactional practice
  • Candidates from leading law firms or boutique corporate firms preferred
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
  • Interest in M&A, PE/VC, technology law, and securities regulation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced law firm environment
  • Strong academic and extracurricular achievements preferred
