  • Coordinating with external counsels and stakeholders
  • Supporting startup and technology-related legal operations
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university
  • Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
  • Interest in startup, technology, corporate, and compliance work
  • Good communication and research abilities
  • Prior internship or professional exposure in corporate/legal advisory preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
