  • Drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, and legal documents
  • Assisting in litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions
  • Handling corporate compliance and advisory assignments
  • Assisting clients in commercial and regulatory matters
  • Coordinating with clients, courts, and regulatory authorities
  • Supporting senior associates and partners in ongoing matters 
  • LL.B. degree from a recognized university
  • Prior experience in corporate/commercial law preferred
  • Strong legal drafting and research skills
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Knowledge of litigation and compliance procedures preferred
