How to Apply

The Ministry of AYUSH is a Government of India ministry responsible for the development, education, research, and promotion of traditional Indian systems of medicine including Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy. The ministry regularly engages legal consultants to assist in handling legal, administrative, and policy-related matters, including court cases and arbitration work.

  • Handling court cases and legal matters for the Ministry
  • Assisting in arbitration and contractual disputes
  • Legal research and interpretation of statutes and government rules
  • Drafting and vetting legal documents and responses
  • Handling administrative and policy-related legal issues
  • Supporting litigation in High Court and Supreme Court matters
  • Coordination with government departments and legal bodies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
  • 5–10 years of post-qualification legal experience
  • Experience in government/legal advisory roles preferred
  • Strong knowledge of litigation, arbitration, and administrative law
  • Good command over MS Office and legal drafting
  • Experience in handling court cases and legal procedures
