How to Apply

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is a quasi-judicial body established under the Companies Act, 2013. It adjudicates matters relating to corporate disputes, insolvency, company law, and related commercial issues. The tribunal operates through multiple benches across India and plays a key role in insolvency and corporate governance matters.

  • Legal research and case analysis
  • Drafting of legal documents and briefs
  • Assisting Hon’ble Members of NCLT in legal research
  • Identifying and compiling case laws, statutes, and judicial precedents
  • Preparing case briefs and hearing notes
  • Attending tribunal hearings and recording arguments
  • Assisting in drafting orders and judgments (when required)
  • Maintaining legal databases and case records
  • Law graduates (LLB) with minimum required marks (usually 50%+)
  • Freshers or candidates with experience may apply
  • Enrollment with Bar Council (AIBE preferred/required in some cycles)
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Knowledge of corporate law, Companies Act, and IBC preferred
  • Proficiency in legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.)
