Commercial Law Chamber (CLC) is a litigation-focused legal practice handling high-stakes commercial disputes and matters before constitutional courts, including the Supreme Court of India. The chamber regularly engages with issues involving commercial regulation, contractual disputes, and specialised litigation strategy, providing interns with an opportunity to observe and contribute to advanced advocacy work in a professional litigation environment.
This internship is specifically structured around a significant commercial matter currently pending before the Supreme Court of India. Selected interns will work closely with the chamber’s legal team on research-intensive and drafting-related assignments connected to ongoing proceedings.
Students in the fourth or fifth year of a five-year integrated law programme are eligible to apply. Applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in commercial litigation and appellate practice. Candidates must be available for full-time in-office engagement for at least two months starting immediately.
