The Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) Delhi is a key appellate body under the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, hearing appeals against orders passed by DRTs in North India. It ensures legal compliance in bank loan recoveries, handling cases over ₹20 lakh and requiring a 50% pre-deposit (often reducible to 25%) to hear appeals, usually within 45 days of a DRT order.
Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal invites application for the post of Law Researcher in DRT-I, Delhi and DRT-Jaipur on contractual basis.
The candidate must be a Law Graduate having a bachelor’s degree in law (including integrated Degree course in Law)/ LLM with 55% minimum marks from any College/University/Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
