JSA is looking to hire a talented and motivated lawyer with 6 – 7 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate and Transactional work. Candidates should have prior experience in independently handling investment and restructuring transactions.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience with Tier 1 law firms and possess strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills. They should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, along with confidence and professionalism, and the maturity to engage directly with clients. Additionally, the candidate should be prompt, proactive, and capable of working with a strong sense of urgency.
